Therapy for young adults in Pittsburgh, PA

A workspace with a white desk, a laptop, a glass of iced coffee with a straw, a white chair, a small potted plant, and a window showing rooftops outside.

You're exhausted from constantly feeling like you have to have it all figured out.

It’s like you’re always behind or something.

Somewhere along the way, it started to feel like everyone else had a plan, and you were the only one still figuring it out. Between the pressure to perform, the comparison trap of social media, and trying to become an adult while barely feeling like one, it's a lot. You're not lazy, and you're not behind. You're carrying more than people realize.

This is where we start untangling it together. Therapy isn't about fixing you, because you're not broken. It's about creating space to figure out who you are outside of everyone else's expectations and your own consuming worries, and building the tools to handle that pressure without losing yourself.

A person sitting at a white desk with a laptop, smartphone, AirPods case, and a notebook, writing in the notebook while gesturing with their hand.

I’m here for you.

You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.

You don't need to have it all together to deserve support. Whether that's setting boundaries with people who drain you, figuring out what you actually want instead of what you think you're supposed to want, or just having a space where you don't have to perform, this is where we start. You know yourself better than anyone else, my job is to help you trust that, and give you practical tools for the moments it's hard to.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy for anxiety & achievement pressure can help you become who you’re meant to be.

Sessions with me are genuine and collaborative. We'll talk through what's actually going on for you, whether that's the anxious thoughts that won't quiet down, the pressure to perform, or the relationship patterns that keep tripping you up, with friends, family, or partners. I'll bring tools and structure when you need them, but you're the expert on you, so we build this together.

Expect a space that's warm and honest, not stiff or clinical. I'll ask real questions, and I won't just nod along, I'll tell you what I'm noticing, even when it's hard to hear. Over time, we'll work on building your capacity to handle intense emotions as they come up, showing up differently in your relationships, and figuring out what actually helps you feel like yourself again.

When all is said and done, here’s the thing:

You are more resilient than you give yourself credit for.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

01 you feel less weighed down by pressure

The constant hum of "not doing enough" starts to quiet. You learn to set the bar somewhere realistic instead of somewhere exhausting.

02 you trust your own decisions

You stop looking everywhere else for permission and start trusting what you already know. Confidence builds from actually listening to yourself.

03 you have space to figure out who you are

Outside of everyone else's expectations, and your own, you get room to ask what you actually want. That's where becoming really starts.

this is where becoming begins.

Change is possible. I’ll help you get there.
